You can delete your account and your personal data at any time, without the app. Choose whichever way suits you.
Sign in, open Your data and press Delete my account.
Go to You → Your data → Delete my account.
Can’t sign in? Email privacy@syndikeeper.com from the address on your account, and we’ll delete it within one month.
First your account is frozen for 14 days. To keep it, sign in during those 14 days and press the “Cancel deletion and restore my account” button. After that, deletion goes ahead and can’t be undone.
Deleting your account is permanent. Here's exactly what happens:
Deleted when deletion completes: your login, email, name, date of birth, country, photos, push tokens and the slip images you uploaded.
De-identified: your past bets, contributions and winnings stay in your syndicates' shared records with your name and contact details removed. They show as “Former member”. An internal reference remains so the records stay consistent, and text you typed into shared records (such as bet descriptions) stays as written.
Also kept: which versions of our Terms and Privacy Notice you accepted and, if you allowed analytics, that you did and when. Reports made by or about you are kept for their normal period.
Backup copies are encrypted and expire after 30 days. Until then they're locked and unused.
Your history cannot be restored after deletion — even if you create a new account with the same email.
